Come curious. Leave with something to think about.

A TASTING UNLIKE ANY OTHER IN THE VALLEY

Small-batch, unexpected, guided by the people who made it.

Why do we do this?

Well, we ask a simple question that most wineries don't: what else is possible here?

Founded by Bree Stock MW and Chad Stock, Limited Addition is built around a simple goal: finding out what Oregon wine is truly capable of. Gamay, Aligoté, Chenin Blanc, Mencía, Trousseau - varieties that belong here, even if most people don't know it yet. Farmed organically, fermented with native yeasts, bottled without fining or filtering.

When you visit, you're in the cellar where the wines were made, tasting with the people who created them. Ask us anything. We really mean it.

Tasting Experiences

Three ways to explore. All seated. All guided. All worth the drive.

GET TO KNOW LIMITED ADDITION

$40 per person | 90 minutes

The very best place to start. Six wines across our three brands. A broad introduction to who we are, what we grow, and why we make the decisions we do.

LIMITED + RESERVE

$55 per person | 90 minutes

Our rarest wines. Small production, under 100 cases, barrel selections built to age. These are the bottles we're most excited about and least able to make in quantity.

CONCINNITAS FARM

$65 per person | 90 minutes

A tasting rooted in one place. Our certified organic diversity farm in Yamhill-Carlton. 15 acres, 14 grape varieties, planted by us in 2017. This is what happens when you farm with genuine curiosity.

And if you've ever stood in a vineyard and felt something you couldn't quite explain, Concinnitas Farm is where that feeling lives.

Meet Bree & Chad
“This place truly gives you the winemaker's experience. While the wines are exceptional and truly unique, the owner Bree really created a wonderful tasting experience full of charm, knowledge and wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this winery for those looking for a unique and welcoming tasting experience. - Annette Glass

What To Expect

Down a gravel road southwest of Gaston, surrounded by forest and hills, you'll find a working cellar that happens to welcome visitors.

Some tastings are transactions. This one isn't.

This is the kind of afternoon that stays with you. Where a glass of something unexpected makes you put your phone down and be fully present in the room. Where a conversation about soil and seasons reminds you that the best things still take time.

You came for the wine. You'll leave with something that’s quite hard to explain.

When you're ready, here's where and how to find us.
