Taste with confidence.
Ask anything. Belong at the table.
CLASS BY THE GLASS
Tired of wine spaces that feel too stuffy—or not deep enough?
You’re not alone.
Most tastings are either intimidating or overly casual.
You're ready to learn more, but not through slideshows, jargon, or performance.
You want to deepen your palate and understanding of wine in a welcoming, honest, and alive space.
You don’t need to be an expert. You just need the right environment.
At Limited Addition, we believe wine education should be immersive, personal, and rooted in real experience, not rules.
Class by the Glass is our signature monthly wine class, guided by Master of Wine Bree Stock and winemaker Chad Stock. It’s designed to give you the tools and tasting practice to understand wine more deeply, without ever feeling out of place.
This is not a lecture.
It’s an invitation to explore.
Here’s how it works

Choose your session
Topics rotate each class—from skin-contact styles to regional exploration and tasting structure.
Each one is focused, approachable, and intentionally small.
Show up curious
You don’t need background knowledge—just an open palate and a willingness to engage.
Leave with clarity
Learn how to taste with intention, speak about what you’re experiencing, and connect your palate to the wine’s origin story.
What you’ll gain
90 min Experience | $125 per person | $100 for club members
Sensory confidence: understand what you’re tasting and why
Deeper context: varietals, winemaking decisions, regional nuance
Space to ask questions and explore ideas without ego
A more intentional way to enjoy and select wines
Class Schedule
We host two in-person sessions every month in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Class themes change monthly and include a curated flight of 4–6 wines.
Wine doesn’t need to be simplified to be shared.
It needs to be experienced.
Come taste with us.
Ask what you've always wanted to ask.
And walk away tasting differently.
